We preordered this rug and patiently waited for its arrival. It did arrive within the time frame estimated. The included rug pad works well. We had ordered the sample previously, and I would highly recommend doing such with any rug but especially any higher-end floor coverings you plan to keep for a while. We kept the sample which came in handy while we waited as we were sourcing some new furniture pieces in adjacent areas and the sample helped immensely. Even if you don't want the samples incrediblerugsanddecor.com are great with the returns. I had other samples I ended up returning and the process was easy working with them in the time frame allotted. Customer service has always been prompt and helpful.
