The colors were perfect (champagne and light gray) for our new remodeled great room/kitchen and this rug is soft and just beautiful! The 12" x 15" size is perfect for our sitting area and I think it looks amazing both day and night! The pad underneath gives extra cushion and our kids are so happy they have a cushy place to land when they want to lounge on the floor in front of the TV and when we open up our Christmas gifts this year :) The shipping and service were excellent. This is a beautiful carpet. The carpet is quite light. It has a subtle pattern and warmer tone (less grey) which are perfect with our walnut floors. It blends well with our furnishings and artwork. What has impressed me most is the customer service Steve and Robert at Incredible Rugs provided. The carpet arrived damaged from shipping and they went out of their way to address the problem quickly and stay in touch until it was resolved. Great carpet, even better customer service.

Fantastic rug!
It is not as grey as the title suggests. I think it depends on what colors you have in your room. The champagne color surfaces more than grey in my room - which is what I wanted. The darker color is a deep brown/green. I suggest ordering the sample. Note on your order NOT to ship the rug until you've approved the sample. The white is high/low depending on where you stand - like velvet does. It's not too shinny though. Really beautiful. The staff was so helpful and accommodating

Beautiful Rug but not as pictured!
Rug is beautiful but it's not as pictured. It's more of a true grey and champagne color. On my computer the photo looked more cream and brown. I wish I could have used it because it is very pretty! Earthy, and goes well with stone.
