The quality of this rug is terrific and is a perfect compliment to our decor. Incredible Rugs was great to work with. The rug was ordered on a Saturday morning and arrived just 4 days later. Everything came as expected and the pricing was the best. I did have a question about a discount on my order and when I called Customer Service was informed everything had already been applied prior to me making the call. They were terrific to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Love this rug and great customer experience
Love this rug. The colors are perfect and the pile is soft. The pictures (on our screens) show the rug to be darker but the base is lighter, like an ivory or light cream. We had seen the rug and that what we wanted. The ordering process and updates were terrific. I'd give it five stars but we ordered a 9x12 and one of the 12 foot sides is a bit wavy. We were able to reverse the rug and hide most of it so it wasn't an issue. We ordered the Karastan Down Under pad which is perfect, too. Very happy!

Fantastic rug!
I first ordered the sample size to verify color and quality. Then I ordered the 8x11 for our living room. It came quickly and didn’t have the folds and lumps you sometimes get from a rolled up rug. It is beautiful and silky soft to walk on. Delivery was quick.
