Better than we could have imagined !!
We purchasede the area rug sight unseen. We have heard that Karastan Rugs are literally indestructible and it delivered sooner than our home was ready, so it was diverted to our rental home. We finally moved into our new home and last night we unrolled the rug. It was even more beautiful than we could ever have imagined. It is beautiful ! Quality & Comfort with nature’s palette of colors
True to IRD’s description and photos, this rug is exactly for what we were hoping. The variety of colors give many options for decorating, yet are mostly muted in a natural, earthy way that is appealing, not overpowering. It reminds me of easy-going trail hikes over mossy cobblestones & creeks, purple haze blossoms along the way, with drops of dew falling from the trees-yet, all right in my comfy living room. The fibers are dense making walking & laying on surprisingly soft while keeping the tidy look a 1/2” pile height has to offer. Steve and his staff were helpful assisting us with the whole order and delivery process. They were personable, attentive, and communicative throughout. We also purchased the runner for our adjoining kitchen, which is a nice, soft complimentary piece to the larger area rug.

Beautiful color & design, but not very thick
Absolutely gorgeous design & color, but I don’t see this lasting beyond a decade at best. I have a traditional Wool Carpet that has stoid the test of time with 3 Cats clawing the bejeezus out of it. But I’ve had this carpet just a few weeks, and found hundreds of shredded short threads on the surface after the 1st Cat clawing. It’s synthetic fiber and very cheaply made. And for the price, I expected more. But it IS beautiful, albeit briefly. INCREDIBLE RUGS & DECOR was pleasant to deal with and they delivered when they said they would. Rare in these times of World Shipping Delay. hey

Beautiful rich rug
We scoped out the rug in our local store before ordering and chose Incredible Rugs based on price, customer reviews and service. The only hitch was in the delivery. The driver failed to contact us in advance- an important step as we were out of town and were relying on neighbors to assist. The driver also encouraged our neighbors just to sign for it, but we were advised to make sure to check out the rug first. Luckily our neighbors were able to get to our house immediately and unrolled the rug. No issues at all from that point on. The rug @9x12 - is exactly what we wanted!! It has all the colors that we plan to expand upon - especially the many tones of blue. Very soft and rich - unlike the cheap rugs at other retailers. Overall we're very happy and would choose Incredible Rugs again - as would recommend to others!!!!

Great rug, great service!
The rug is beautiful. We bought the 15 x 10 rug and it had to be specially shipped due to size. We couldn’t find that size anywhere but Incredible Rugs. Steve was great, consistently communicating to ensure we knew where it was, when it would arrive, etc. As for the rug, it’s colors are vibrant, it’s soft to the feet and just beautiful with or new sofa. Love it and will definitively use Incredible Rugs again!
