Ordered 2 small rugs as samples to determine if wanted either as a larger one. I decided on another rug but liked this 2 X 3 so much that kept it for my powder room. Very classy addition.

The Rug is beautiful! However, I can’t give my purchase 5 stars! The customer service is excellent though! I waited for this rug for 8 months and when I finally received it I noticed a flaw in it.

Awesome product - took a year to get
I already had the largest area rug and another runner of this exact type so I knew what to expect from the product itself. Which, by the way, is amazing and I highly recommend. I ordered a runner to go along with us, said, and it literally took me a whole year to receive after being back, ordered an extended an extended. I wasn’t in a rush, so that was OK. I’m very happy with the product if I had been in more of a rush, this would’ve been a problem but thank you, Incredible rugs.
