I’ve owned Kharma rugs for over 20 years. It was time to replace them. The color rich and absolutely gorgeous. A bit darker than online but that is to be expected and what I anticipated. I would buy from incrediblerugdanddecor.com again. I also found when contacting customer service by email they respond!

Love the design. Although we have an area rug of the same design, we were actually looking for runners to go with another Oriental Weavers rug we have. Apparently that design is no longer available so we went with Kharma II Gold/Green runners . The customer service was excellent and since I had to return two runners whose design didn't work, the return and subsequent refund went smoothly.
