Excellent, no surprises.
This is my second rug from Oriental Weavers...first rug I purchased over 10 years ago. Part of my choice was financial, and the other is quality, 10 years and the first rug has no wear or fading issues. I did see the rug in a local furniture store before purchasing so I knew it was exactly what I wanted. But I would probably use the "sample system" before making a blind purchase.
This is the first time I have used Incredible Rugs and Decor, great website, easy to use and shipping was right on schedule. I checked the reviews and BBB before using this website.
