The rug came very quickly, and was as described - nice plush feel to it, beautiful colors and goes well with a lot of different decor, not a lot of shedding, vacuums up well - no negatives to say. The process was simple, delivery fast and product is great. Did a lot of research to find a rug to fit our house and we're very happy with this one. Might even consider buying a matching runner at some point in the future.

The quality of the rug is very nice. Even though we got notice that the shipping would be delayed it wasn't a problem, and was still delivered in a very reasonable time period. The colors in the rug are jewel toned and are very rich but the rug is darker overall than shown and has more blue than the image depicts. In fact the deep blue color that's actually quite prevalent isn't even shown to be a color that's in the rug.
