We ordered the 9 x 12 so it took a bit longer to be delivered as the local delivery companies like UPS don't handle anything this large.
It came with some black dust lines on the back. Incredible Rugs sent out a new one right away. The whole process took close to a month but was worth the wait. We love the rug so much and Incredible Rugs is trustworthy and good to work with. This is the 4th rug we purchased from them.
