We just installed luxury vinyl in our home and wanted a quality rug for the great room. We had a sample of the rug from the luxury vinyl store but the rug cost was significantly higher than Incredible Rugs & Decor. We were a little concerned about ordering such a large rug (9'x12') from an out of state business but we are very happy with the results. One other thing to mention here is that the customer service is exemplary. We called a few times between ordering and delivery to get delivery updates. Every person we spoke to over the phone was extremely friendly. Definitely customer service oriented.

Great Rug and Wonderful Shopping Experience
We love our new Karastan Haberdasher rug! The color and thickness are perfect for our great room. I would definitely recommend ordering a sample first since it is very hard to judge the color online. The whole shopping experience from the time of our order to delivery date with Incredible Rugs was fantastic! Great communication from them and all went as promised. Will definitely buy more rugs from them.
