Phone call with customer service was pleasant and product knowledge was great.
Rug was delivered quickly...only if the pad that I ordered with the rug had arrived before or at the same time at the rug. With the large size of the rug, it required double handling of the rug once the pad showed up more than a week after the rug.
Overall, though, a very good experience!
