The whole process was seamless. I love rug and it looks great in our laundry room. I love the rug and it feels like a girls room! I also ordered another pattern rug. One 4x6 and in same pattern a 12x18. The customer service called and suggested I see the smaller size before sending larger out. This way if I didn't care for it I would not need to deal with return of such a large rug. It was so nice that someone did that! It turns out I love that one too. So, all 4 rugs I ordered are gorgeous and good quality!
