Besides receiving a beautiful rug, the customer service was stellar. I, unwittingly, ordered the wrong size rug for a Christmas gift for my son. After contacting Incredible Rugs, we were walked through the process of how to return the rug and were shipped the larger one in a timely manner. They could not have been nicer or more helpful.
