My order took about a little more than a week to arrive. The rug came wrapped in a protective tarp like material which made carrying the rug to my apartment from my lobby actually really easy because I could slide it on the floor easily myself. The rug is very soft and I think looks great. It has a slight smell to it which I think is totally normal and should go away soon. The design on the rug is more even than the photos look which I’m happy about because I was worried how it would feel to walk on barefooted but it feels all even and plush to walk on. I bought a rug pad for underneath as well. I bought the 8x10 size and overall I’m happy with my purchase.
