Blown away with the 3 day shipping speed! Love the rug, beautiful and feels good to the toes too. The colors were brighter than shown on line but that was a plus. I was so thrilled with this purchase I bought two runners a couple days later. So needless to say would do business with them again and again!

I recently purchased the Karastan Mandeb Spice Market rug in Tobacco. I am so pleased with this purchase. I loved the feature on this site where I could try various rugs in my photo of my room- so incredibly helpful! Steve was a great help with advice on the rug and pad and with delivery updates. The rug is beautiful and I have received many compliments! The colors in the photos are very true to the actual colors.

I recently purchased a Karastan rug that had a free rug pad as an offer. I chose instead to upgrade to the Karastan Down Under thick pad and am very pleased. My rug feels very soft and cushioned. Had a party this past weekend and more than one person remarked on how great the rug felt!

I had my eye on this Momeni rug for awhile but was hesitant because of the price. I had seen it on several sites for considerably more than the cost at Incredible Rugs and Decor. When I saw the great price offered here i placed my order. In less than a week it is in my home and I am very pleased with it. The colors are just as shown in the picture and it is just beautiful on my hardwood floor.

I was recommended this rug by an interior designer. I instantly loved the graphic and was excited to get it and see how it looked in my room. I shopped around and found that Incredible Rugs not only had the best price but great shipping option too. I was kept in constant contact about my order and when it shipped. I am utterly satisfied and cannot wait till the whole room is complete around this show stopper of a rug. It is also comfortable to walk on and the construction looks hand stitched. LOVE!

I have never reviewed before, though often buy over the net. I never purchased an ktem as expensive as this over the net before either but This company sold the rug for far less than elsewhere, I got it quickly and it came with a free rug pad. WOW. I am impressed.

I purchased this rug in 4x6 for my front entry. The colors are a medium cream with two toned grey center. The rug is very plush (almost 1” thick) which is exactly what I was looking for.

The rug is every bit as lovely in person as it is on line. It is soft and plush. It is an excellent value as well.

I am thrilled with this rug. It hovers between traditional and contemporary. The wide variety of colors lends it a ton of versitility for someone like me who likes the boldness of color and has an eclectic taste in furniture. I love everything from mid century, traditional, to contemporary furniture and this rug does a great job of grounding my decorative pallet. Being a stickler for quality I was concerned about the shortness of the nap of the rug and that it is made of sythetic fiber. But I purchased the two sided luxe jazzy floor rug pad... Well worth the investment. The rug feels plush and soft underfoot. I am 100% satisfied. I only wish it was bigger!

I ordered the Couristan Easton Capella Ivory/Light Gray in the 9x12 size for my master bedroom to fit under a king bed. I searched for a few weeks until I finally found the perfect rug. Just wanted a transitional style, light neutral colors, leaning more towards the taupe tones than beiges and something that would give a little texture and not be trendy. This rug is exactly that. The colors/tones are just as shown. Very neutral. You can use this with taupe, gray, cream, beige or white and it will work. Easily change your bedding or add a color pop if you want because it is just a neutral palette. Steve was always extremely prompt and attentive to all my questions. Would definitely call him again for my next purchase.

This is the 2nd rug I purchased from IR&D. This rug is beautiful. I have it in my living room (9'x13') and it really pulled the room together. The colors (dark and light blue, beige and taupe) come together in a beautiful design that would work in both a feminine and masculine room. IR&D maintains great contact to provide information regarding shipping and projected arrival date. Prices are competitive and you get free shipping and a free rug pad. Great value.

The rug was described accurately and was delivered in a timely manner. The quality of the product is outstanding.

This rug will coordinate with most any color. The runner is stunning in our hallway with brown wood tile floors and revere pewter walls and coordinates with different living room and entry rugs as well. My only wish is that it was just a tad wider and had some additional length options as our long hallway could have taken another foot or so.

I ordered the sample first and it was as beautiful and sturdy as I was hoping it would be. The colors are exactly like the pictures and the quality of the rug is fantastic. It looks as if it should cost twice as much as it does! The customer service and ease of ordering can't be beaten. I was sent a free return label for the sample and was credited for the return within two days of shipping it back! Then, I needed the 9 x 13 carpet to arrive on a certain day and it arrived exactly on time! I will absolutely order from Incredible Rugs again and will also look for more Loloi rugs. Incredible Rugs is the best shopping experience I have encountered. I was looking for a wool area rug to fit under my dining room table and also a small rug for our entryway. I was torn between two in particular. I spoke with Steve who was such a great help. I sent him pictures of my dining room table and chairs because there were many colors in the print of my chairs and did not know which rug would fit the bill. Steve helped me decide on the color of the rug and also coordinating with the color of our wood floors. He helped me chose the hand knotted Surya Gradience in the color Burgundy which would make the entire room standout. Not only was the rug of top quality it was also on sale which made it even more enticing! This rug was on another website where the price was cheaper.
