If you order this line of rug, make sure that it is rolled on the 5 ft. edge instead of the 3 ft. edge. If it is a shorter package than 5 ft, it will not lay flat no matter what you do to it save nailing it to the floor. I bought two. The one that was packaged properly lies flat and I love it. The other, I will hope that a miracle occurs and I won't trip on it every morning. I think that this company is very easy to deal with, and I would probably contact them if we were not quarantined!
