While I was very happy with the rug's quality, the description of "charcoal" wasn't quite accurate. Olive green is much more dominating within the grouping of colors it includes. Not a problem, though, as the company's customer service is excellent and I easily exchanged it for another with a different color family Unfortunately I have to pay the cost of returning the first. A good idea is to take their advice to get a sample piece before ordering.
