While I understand that colors in pictures online might not reflect the actual in person color, I never expected a photo to be this wrong. Even the color tool describes this rug as a mix of grays and khaki. The rug in fact has none of these colors. And as the very rude CS reps pointed out to me… if you search in the description you can find in small print that this rug is olive and green and brown. When I pointed out that this is contradictory to the color swatches listed under the photo… I was told simply that it’s just a computer tool for picking colors. So for some reason the customers are just supposed to know that the color tool is wrong? Great! I was then further sent Pantone swatches of olive and green as the CS rep proceeded to mansplain to me what the color green looks like. Thanks Robert Upton! I was then charged $75 to return this rug which was falsely marketed as gray. Further, the return label was continually held from me until I submitted multiple pieces of evidence. Like this was some sort of investigation. Needing to take photos of the rug from two different angles. Needing to wrap it and take photos of it with measuring tape. Then being threatened and told that my rugs doesn’t look wrapped and that I won’t get my refund. Don’t only avoid this rug, avoid this company entirely.
