Sonia W. (Westboro, MO) Would really love to give a review of this rug, but have been waiting for it to arrive. I ordered rug on January 4 as being in stock. Called 10 days later, since I hadn’t received it, and was told it was processing. Two hours later received an email stating it was out of stock. I asked why my credit card was charged then, no reasonable answer given. Most companies charge when item is shipped. Customer service lady didn’t really care about my concerns. Rug is possibly in stock by January 19, but still no updates. Seems ironic they want a review of a rug I don’t have. Departments should cross reference so they know what’s going on.
