Great Rug and Even Better Service

I am exceptionally pleased with the beauty of the Nourison TahoeTA 13 Penny Area Rug. The rug has a very thick pile and it feels as wonderful as it looks. The rugs within this collection are intended to easily coordinate and with the richness of the colors and the dye process, this rug was an easy fit with the three others I have in my open floor plan home. The ‘Penny’ in the name describes the background color aptly, as it appears as more of a copper color, than as the brown indicated in a couple of the web pictures. Regrettably, this rug was delivered DIRECTLY FROM the manufacturer with a small tear in one corner. I immediately contacted Incredible Rugs and Decor who were extremely professional in both receiving and responding to the problem! Upon receiving pictures of the year, their response was, “What can we do to resolve this to your satisfaction?” This was a very expensive rug ($2900), but their willingness to problem solve was priceless! I ended up with a very satisfactory result and as a result, I will make Incredible Rugs and Decor my FIRST home decor ‘go to site’! BTW, this rug purchased on this site was $2000 LESS than I could find it in Ann Arbor and greater environs!
