The rug is a very comfortable & beautiful course weave with long thick tassels. The actual rug turned out to be prettier than we were expecting. The stock photo seemed to emphasize the greenish hues but the actual rug in the room seems to emphasize the bluish hues. The blues worked better with our room so we were very happy. The rug is being used in a bedroom of a recently renovated old adobe home. The rug is perfect for the bedroom, softening and warming up the feel of room, and brings a smile to your face when you walk in. :-)

Loloi Zharah ZR - 11 was very well rolled and triple wrapped in well labeled . see through . thick plastic packaging with instructions to not sit it on the ends but to rest as a tubular roll.

It took very sharp scissors to slit the plastic open first cutting off one end - then down one side and slipping out of the packaging.

It is currently resting for over a week in a large front reception room in order to flatten out. The hand knotting in the advertising pictures was not well detailed, however; the hand hooked design has quarter inch hooks tightly formed that appear front and back to be durable. The tassels on each end are 5 inches long and are the colors of 4 skeins of threads braided and knotted - the Burmese and Ocelot cats love them as new play toy threads.

As for the colors: they are more muted over all than the pictures online. The blue is more of an “aqua gray” and the background is a dusty Saharan sand with other solids equally shaded - nothing screams out and this is best as the design is bold in overall pattern. As a runner it is about 10’ long and 3’6” wide and will be perfect in a hall of 11’ and 4’ wide. It is a good 3/4 inch thick which we like on the ebony wood floor from 1929.

Our experience has been consistently great with Incredible Rugs. On a funny strange note about 4 days after putting this new runner down to rest a visual memory took me to my library where there was the exact same design in slightly less muted colors in a 10’ x 14’ rug I had purchased in person in 1968 in northern India. I was told that it was hand made in Afganistán… it has been durable and cleans well as it is pure wool.
Strange that we like the design over 54 years and it has been reproduced or copied now. It does resemble large floor tiles with a Moorish / Spanish inference through the abstracted floral reference..

I would like more background information on the handmade rugs.
Thank you for treating us well as we have rugs collected from all of the world and use them in all shapes and sizes and in some places they overlap by 9. Our kitchen is covered 8 deep and is the most comfortable to work in bare feet and stand.

Hi, Love the rugs! They are beautiful... Wasnt sure if the color was going to be good? But I think they will work. I have another 7x9 zololi rug in my living room... Same collection different color. I think the different colors are o.k together just 10 ' apart?.... Your pricing was better!
