Very disappointed in this rug

The photo had such beautiful colors and shades. It was supposed to be the focal point of my dining room. What I received is very faded, no brilliant colors, very non-descript. I paid a lot and am not at all happy.

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. Please ROTATE the rug in the room 180 degrees. This rug has a silky texture and the colors will lighten or darken depending on the direction the rug is turned in the room. Also, adjust the room lighting can have an affect in the overall appearance, as well.
