Excellent quality, colors match website photo

Definitively a +5 starts in all respects - Incredible rugs and decor provided an experience totally worth of their ambitious name. I have received incredibly beautiful rugs, a perfect mix of high quality, softness, a pleasant look which compliments my rooms adding that exquisite touch of charm.

Website: I loved the unique user experience on their website. The combination of Browse Similar Colors and More options from a collection worked wonders for me to quickly view many many -relevant- rugs. I miss this feature now on every shopping website I go !!

Shipment: I received everything within the expected delivery time. One package was extremely dusty, but the thorough packaging and sturdy quality plastic wrapping kept the rug clean.

Rugs: I ordered multiple rugs and they all shared the same high quality, dense cotton tufting on the back, nice thick touch. After unrolling them from the packages they immediately flatten straight and stayed that way. They do NOT wrinkle and do NOT get the corners turning up like the cheap polyester rugs (this review is more than a month after purchase). Did I mention they are beautiful? Particularly the Ivory Rainforest Area Rug gives a charming look to my room, the colors are so pleasant, relaxing, harmonious. The brown tuned up to be exactly my piano's wood color.

Returns: I ordered multiple rugs from Incredible rugs and decor and had to return when my kids changed their mind. The return process was professionally handled, with a prompt reply to my request on their website, with clear instructions. I got the choice to return via USPS or Fedex. Fedex was cheaper and they provided within the day of the email exchange the Fedex labels. The reimbursement was within the expected time and note that this was processed over the busy end of the year holidays period.

Overall, a +5 starts experience in all respects.
