Redesigning my dining room

I bought the sample of this rug, but it wasn't right for the feel of my room; the white is very stark, and the grey medallion is too far into the blue scale for my needs. I am, however, struck by the beauty and geometry of this pattern - it just wasn't right for my room. I ended up buying the Petra Charcoal Rug linked below.
I will make one criticism: It takes longer to get the carpet samples from this company than it does to get the rug, which is frustrating for a foundational piece like a rug - it stalls the entire design process. This is the 4th or 5th sample I've purchased, and the second rug from this company, and the experience was the same; forever to get the sample, and then bam... a few days to get the rug itself.
I have nothing but good things to say about the rugs I've gotten from Incredible Rugs; fast delivery, high quality, and accurate photos on the website - that last bit is incredibly important - a straight on flat image of a rug isn't always helpful, the furnished shots and the image of the pile are way more accurate - thank you for making this easy!

Colors not accurate to description

I ordered the sample of this rug to make sure that the colors were as described. They were not. From the description, one would think the rug is mostly mineral tones and shades of gray. It actually has gold, copper, light blue, turquoise and tan, and the black looks more like deep midnight blue. In the right room, this rug would be beautiful, but if you're looking for an all neutral palette heavy on the gray, this is not the rug.
