After searching all over for a new rug, I found this one and love it. After unrolling it, I realized i needed a larger size. Customer service was great in making the exchange happen quickly and were very pleasant to talk to.

I love the rug - we already had a smaller version and wanted to duplicate for a bigger space. My only complaint would be that it is ‘shedding’ a lot of threads - hoping that will stop
