When this occurs, regularly, yarn will poke out from the edges of your rugs, and in order to prevent pulling, it is crucial that you do not simply pull the yarn out, but rather, cut these weak fibers using scissors to maintain the impeccable quality of your Surya rug. As well, if spills occur, it is crucial that you immediately tend to the area, blotting it with a towel to remove the moisture and to prevent any stain from setting.

We love the rug. It feels great and looks exactly like the picture. The black, gray & white match our guest room perfectly. However, we’re disappointed that a corner edge of the rug is not sewn. There is about 3 inches where the gray border thread is cut. I was surprised that this company would ship a rug in this condition because they would not accept the 25% discount code. I’m going to try to stitch the border back on.
