I have been searching for the perfect rug for our living room area for a number of months. I needed something that our robotic vacuum could get over as my original orientals were all having their fringe get eaten. When I saw this rug I just fell in love with the different blues. The colors matched many of what I have throughout my home and I felt this rug would pull it all together. I made the purchase. Unfortunately shortly thereafter, I was notified that the rug I ordered was no longer available however there was one left in a larger size. We had debated which size before our purchase and wondered which we would prefer. So we went ahead and purchased the larger rug. It arrived quickly. Our pad came a few weeks later. We love the rug. More importantly we loved ‘Steve’ who let us know when our rug was available and facilitated our getting the new rug quickly. We had it rolled out over the holidays and when the pad arrived just rolled that out underneath. Customer Service has become so debatable lately. I ordered a top off Amazon for $22. it was too small. I found out that it was from China did not include returns and will cost $27 to send it back! So working with Incredible Rugs and Steve was truly a joy. He emailed me promptly, kept me advised about getting our pad and stayed available. If you are thinking of purchasing a rug I highly recommend using Incredible Rugs. They are a company with people interested in making sure your purchase goes smoothly.
