I purchased 3 different sizes and the colors are great, I just hope the edges will flatten out. Shipping was very fast and customer service was very helpful.

Regarding your concern about the edges flattening out, it's quite normal for rugs to need some time to fully settle after being unrolled. They are tightly rolled for protection during shipping, which can cause temporary creases.
To help speed up the flattening process, we recommend a method we use in our showroom:
1. Turn the rug over so the design is facing down.
2. Starting from one corner, roll the rug diagonally across snugly.
3. Ensure the roll is tight to keep it snug.
4. Let the rug sit like this for a day or two.
This technique usually helps to smooth out any stubborn wrinkles. However, please allow a little more time for the rug to settle completely.

My Hudson rug is beautiful and the customer service was fantastic.
This rug is absolutely PERFECT in every way. The colors are true to the pictures online and so is the size. It is also plush to the touch. This is actually the second of this rug delivered. The first had several marks on it, so I reported it to the company and I took photos which I sent to them. There was great cooperation and concern from Incredible Rugs. Upon our request they sent us a label and a pickup for the return delivery. The new and perfect rug arrived in about 2 weeks. Yes, it was additional work on our part, but stuff happens. When it does, the true worth of a company is in how they handle their customers. They did it right.
