We bought the Charcoal Loloi rug. It's a beautiful rug, but the colors are not as shown. The rug is much lighter in person. There is no brown/warmth in it at all. The rug is more silver-gray than charcoal. We were hoping for a warmer toned rug with charcoal and a bit of brown in it as the images depict, but it's much cooler and even has some blue threads in it. We like the pattern a lot we just wish it was actually what is shown on the site. Debating about returning it. If you want a cooler toned rug, I would definitely recommend it. The ordering and buying experience have been positive on the site. I do not like that returns are on the buyer - especially if item is not as shown.
