The rug was a higher quality than I expected. It was thick and plush and the color I expected.
This is a beautiful rug. I ordered a small size (a runner) first to make sure I loved it. I did, so I ordered the size I needed. It is so much softer on the feet than I thought it would be. And Incredible Rugs was great about helping me return the small size rug that I bought. Their customer service is wonderful!
