For the price, the quality surprises me. I thought it would be much better. It's not a very plush rug, actually feels a bit lumpy to walk on barefoot. It's not even as plush as some of the really cheap ones I've purchased... which I didn't do because I wanted a quality rug in the foyer. Anyway, it's not a terrible rug, just nowhere near worth the $192 I paid for it. I will probably avoid the Artistic Weavers products in the future.
Carpets arrived promptly ahead of estimated delivery dates
Carpet dimensions and colors were as expected.
Carpet feels very good to walk on.
Main reason I stopped short of giving a 5* review is because of the carpet shedding. I was told at purchase time by customer service that the carpet will shed since it is made of mainly wool material however, the carpets are shedding (and continue to shed after weeks of use) far more than anticipated.
