Beautiful rugs but they shed wool fibers constantly. My vacuum bin needs to be emptied every time I vacuum. The robot vacuum clogs with the fibers so I don’t use that anymore . The finished edges of the carpet fray.
I called customer service a few weeks after I received these rugs with these complaints and was told wool rugs shed and to use scissors to cut the frays!
Not pleased at all. I didn’t intend to put in more work with my home when buying these rugs.
