I already had the largest area rug and another runner of this exact type so I knew what to expect from the product itself. Which, by the way, is amazing and I highly recommend. I ordered a runner to go along with us, said, and it literally took me a whole year to receive after being back, ordered an extended an extended. I wasn’t in a rush, so that was OK. I’m very happy with the product if I had been in more of a rush, this would’ve been a problem but thank you, Incredible rugs.
The Rug is beautiful! However, I can’t give my purchase 5 stars! The customer service is excellent though! I waited for this rug for 8 months and when I finally received it I noticed a flaw in it.
The entire experience was flawless from beginning to end. The colors are true to online pictures and the rug looks beautiful in the space!
Would recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor and purchase from them again!
