Very nice plush area rug. Colors match our decor nicely.
We are enjoying one of the Karastan Spice Market rugs in our living room. After seven years, it still looks and feels like new. We knew by going with another Karastan rug for our bedroom we would be getting a quality product. That is exactly what we got with our new Karastan Euphoria Ayr Willow Grey rugs. The 8' x 11' rug was the last one in the current stock, but we wanted to see the 2' x 3' size first to confirm that the colors would fit in with our decor. The Incredible Rugs and Decor rep suggested we purchase both to lock in the larger one, but wait for the 2' x 3' to see the colors and have a delivery hold placed on the 8' x 11'. Once we received the smaller one, we loved it and instructed Incredible to send the large one. It was received a few days later. We are delighted with it. It is soft and cushy for getting in and out of bed, even though we do not have a pad under the rug. It goes well around our bed. The picture does not do it justice. We kept the smaller rug to serve as a mat inside the exterior bedroom door.
I have purchased 2 Karastan rugs in the past. One runner for my daughters bedroom & a large one for my dining room. I am SO pleased with the softness & excellent quality of both. THIS is now my 3rd purchase. Just repainted my tv room & a change of color has me ordering a new rug. Of course I'm here again.
We purchased three Karastan Euphoria rugs from Incredible Rugs, and happened to be in Boerne at their warehouse to finalize. We are very happy with the final outcome and the people at Incredible Rugs were very helpful in completing the order and selecting the correct rugs. The installed rugs look great.
I haven’t had rug long enough to give it a full rating, but the rug is, as others mention, soft, well-made, and attractive. It is not anything like the sample we received and what we used to purchase matching drapes….not just a little off! A lot off. But I will say the rug is perfect nonetheless, and over all I am totally enamored with the service of Incredible Rugs— keep fulfilling that promise, of Incredible service, and your customer base is certain to expand. Service is key. We will be back!
We had two of the Euphoria series for another home. After relocating we decided we needed a third for our new kitchen. We love the colors, the durability and the feel on bare feet. Only wish we had somewhere fir a fourth!
The carpet is beautiful. I really appreciate the Karastan carpeting, It is soft and feels thick and is easy to vacuum. I don't have to worry about carpet pulls or wool coming out into my vacuum cleaner like I did with my old Pottery Barn wool carpet. It arrived within a week and was a great price. I would definitely order my next carpet from Incredible Rugs and Decor.
