This is a gorgeous rug I purchased for my dining room. I had ordered this rug back in August but did not receive the rug until January. Customer service was excellent at keeping me posted about the rug. They also offered to return my money because of the wait time. I figured, I waited this long, I might as well wait for what I wanted. The rug is so thick and plush. The colors are absolutely gorgeous!!! There were no creases and laid perfectly flat. Many neutral tones, not too over powerful!!! This is the 3rd rug, and 2 runners I have purchased. I would not buy my rugs anywhere else!!! So thank you for my beautiful rug which was "well worth the wait"
After searching through literally thousands of rugs both in-person and online, my wife finally found the perfect colors in the perfect size (7’10”x10’10”). This area rug goes exretmely well with our decor. It was delivered just a few days after we placed the order and arrived in perfect condition. We had previously had a bad experience with an area rug from another supplier where the rug arrived loosely rolled causing lots of lines and creases in the carpet. It took months to finally flatten out. Our shipment from Incredible Rugs and Decor came tightly rolled with no wrinkles or creases. It was also tightly wrapped in plastic which kept it clean and dry, which was very important given that it was delivered on a rainy day. Our new rug looks gorgeous in our dining room.
