Beautiful rug, great service!

We purchased the Calisa area rug in Lakeview. The rug is as lovely as pictured, the threads colors running throughout give it style and interest. It is soft underfoot. We are very pleased with the purchase. I am equally pleased with the customer service at incredible rugs and decor. I had some issues that came up with when we could get into our new condo which impacted the delivery time of our rugs. I emailed them and was immediately contacted by Steve, putting the rugs on hold until we were able to accept delivery. I also contacted him on another issue and he immediately responded and took care of my concern. I was so impressed with his genuine desire to give me a great outcome. All this, and I was able to utilize a discount code during a savings event. I found this rug on many sites, but I must say, I believe I got the best price and best customer service available!
