I obtained a sample and it was like the actual rug in terms of colors. The website states returnable sample swatch but beware you don’t obtain a full refund for returning the swatch. The swatches are almost as expensive as buying a 2x3 doormat so do not waste your hard earned money on a sample swatch.
My new puppy chewed a hole in my area rug and, luckily I was able to locate a replacement at “Incredible Rugs & Decor”. They had the rug on it’s way to me within a day, including a free pad, and stayed in touch with me every step of the way!
They have a fantastic inventory, the photos of the rugs are very accurate and are the best to work with!!!! Love mine!!!!
