This rug is absolutely beatuiful and came to us in good shape from this company. We have loved the way it looked in our study and received many compliments. HOWEVER, buyer beware of buying any rug that is made with viscose. I did not do my homework before buying. It says to spot and professionally clean. Good luck finding anyone that will clean it because it is easily ruined. Viscose is paper! We had a spill on the rug that we thought we cleaned up well but apparently the "paper" remained wet on the underside. It mildewed underneath without us realizing it. It went through the rug pad and got to our hardwood floors. Our wood floors now have a 2 sq ft spot that needs refinishing! The rug fibers that are paper have changed to yellow and our 8x12 rug is totally ruined and headed for the trash! I would not recommend viscose rugs in general. They are not cleanable and easily ruined.
