When I called to order a sample of this rug was greeted with friendly person on the phone who was very helpful. Also very helpful in recommending the correct rug pad. The wool rug arrived and was exactly as had hoped. Beautiful rug. The pad arrived 2 days later which was the only disappointing aspect of the transaction. Will definitely purchase other rugs from Surya in the future.

It works just like they said it would. We bought a 10 x 14 piece for a rug of that size that had MANY lumps and bumps. We rolled up the rug, laid down the tacky pad, laid the rug on top and no more lumps. Timely arrival. Easy to install if you take your time and work carefully. Perfect result.

Great area rug for our application, this was utilized at our front door entrance due to the carpet is thinner (less than 1/2”thick ). The rug allows our double doors to swing open / closed without striking the rug. We also purchased the Karastan thin pad which also worked great with this particular rug. For our foyer we love the colors of this rug, it seemed to blend in well with our decor and flooring- highly recommended.

Incredible Rugs has been 1st class. Sales person very knowledgeable. Was an issue with Rug they shipped another immediately. Karastan, I can't give same review for them sadly. Settled for 1st rug sent. But again VER PLEASED WITH IRD.
I wanted a wool rug for our entranceway and this was perfect. Bold colors look great with the wood floor (and I got a free rug mat, thank you) . Great price. Delivery was fast. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the braided fringe. Just doesn’t lay nice on floor and kinda gets in the way. But, every other aspect of rug is perfect.
